English and Russian standards of hook sizes

In Russia the hook size corresponds with its width in millimeters. The numbers in the table are average data of measuring hooks of classic proportions, produced by different firms from Europe, USA and Japan. I was measuring the inner hook width - distance between its tip and shank.
